I tried a new Setting with my Sound and with my microphone and it doesnt work.
Now i changed my Settings back to Standard and i cant record. I can Play Music i hear Sound, i can hear the live microphone, but if i hit the record button in Audacity Nothing happens. Can someone help me? I dont know how to fix this

You need to make two basic checks.
First make sure that applications have permission to use your recording input device, see the pinned post on this.
Secondly check that your recording device is providing input, and make sure it is that device that you have selected in audacity ( next to the microphone symbol ). See this post for details on how to run the advanced sounds control panel:-
