I want to record one device on one track, and another device on another track; both at the same time. Is this possible? (In my case, a Microphone and a "What You Hear" device.)

Thus constructing a simple podcast. I doubt it. "What You Hear" takes up all your sound channels -- play from the internet and record to Audacity at the same time.
Nothing left for the microphone. It might be possible to get the mic in there, but it would be mixed with the What You Hear sound.
