Unable to record from Net with Audacity 2.1.3

Help for Audacity on Windows.

Audacity 1.2.x and 1.3.x are obsolete and no longer supported. If you still have those versions, please upgrade at https://www.audacityteam.org/download/.

Unable to record from Net with Audacity 2.1.3

Friends: I have downloaded Audacity 2.1.3 but am unable to record anything from the Internet. Could someone kindly walk me through the settings how to do this? Windows XP. Thank you.
