Issue with the 2.3.0 version

Please state which version of Windows you are using,
and the exact three-section version number of Audacity from "Help menu > About Audacity".
Audacity 1.2.x and 1.3.x are obsolete and no longer supported. If you still have those versions, please upgrade at https://www.audacityteam.org/download/.

Issue with the 2.3.0 version
I deleted the new version (2.3.0) because of issues. Particularly when recording through the PC: the sound was horrible, the recording didn't start automaticaly. So I installed the former version (2.1.0) that satisfy me
