You can do that in post production. Tracks > Mix > Mix Stereo to Mono. That will give you a single mixed blue wave that will play to both left and right speakers. You may need to adjust the volume to avoid overloading. If you insist on two blue waves, Select the mixed track and Duplicate it. Select the top track and use the left-hand drop-down > Make Stereo Track.
I'm writing this technique down. Where did you see it?
Producing a podcast this way is insanely handy (even if you don't think so) because you can split Stereo (menu on the left) and apply corrections and filters to one side (if needed) without messing up the other side.

Once you mix a show, you're stuck. There's no good convenient way to split the parts up again for individual filtering or corrections.
