Can we move tracks up or down, or change their colors?

Post by LeeX » Sun Dec 16, 2018 6:08 pm

Hi,

Can some one please let me know, with Windows version 2.3.0, can we:

(1) move tracks up or down?
(2) change color from blue to different color for tracks?

With these two features, we can keep tracks under edit close to each other, and identify them easily when edit multiple tracks.

Thanks & regards,
Lee

Yes, just click on the track's info panel (left end of the track) and drag up/down.
or,
use the commands in the track context menu - see: https://manual.audacityteam.org/man/aud ... _menu.html

Yes. Select from the "Wave Color" options in the track context menu (same place: https://manual.audacityteam.org/man/aud ... _menu.html)
