Does anybody know how to get the *.so files that can be downloaded from https://www.gvst.co.uk/portpage.htm are installed on Linux Audacity?

- which version of Linux you are using,
- the exact three-section version number of Audacity from Help menu > About Audacity,
- whether you installed your distribution's release, PPA version, or compiled Audacity from source code.

None of those effects work for me with Audacity.
I note that those effects are described as "Early beta versions, use with caution", and also that they are VST effects. VST is not well supported on Linux (it is proprietary software, owned by Steinberg).
I've not tested the plug-ins in other software, but you may have better luck with those effects in Ardour.
