I've installed the audacity 2.2.2 in my MacBook Pro (OXS 10.13.6) and it doesn't have the Invert effect.
Do I need to download it?

Audacity 2.2.2 is an old version. The current version is 2.3.0 and is available via the Audacity website: https://www.audacityteam.org/download/mac/
