Changiing the value in effect "Normalize" (Normalize to ...)

Changiing the value in effect "Normalize" (Normalize to ...)
Is there a combination of keys, instead of a mouse that makes a "blue" field, where the figures of "Normalize" so that you can delete and insert a new value?

yes - use the Tab key to tab around the dialog
