Recording internal audio on Windows 10

Post by wbward » Sat May 19, 2018 6:30 pm

Up until now I have been able to record from my computer (like recording audio from YouTube). I would change my setting in the recording device to do this.

Yesterday, my computer received a Windows update and I can no longer use that feature. Is there a solution to this?

Selecting WASAPI as the audio host should enable you to record what you hear, regardless of Windows updates.

If you want to use Stereo-Mix/WaveOut instead, you may have to re-enable those after a Windows update, see ...
