Just a little redesign :)

Post by ZenithDesign » Mon May 17, 2021 8:13 pm

Hey Audacity users!

I'm Ross, a designer at Zenith, a small design team based in Scotland.

One night, after watching the (brilliant) video by Tantacrul on Audacity, I had the idea to redesign the Audacity branding. So here we go!

The main things that really needed to be achieved in the redesign were:
  • Simplified branding, while retaining the charm
  • Modernising the current layouts and designs
  • Making it look more professional
I had several ideas I developed, but chose this:

Now, at Zenith we also do web design, so I thought I'd create a small front page to go along with this all. We use Figma to create the mockup, and then use Webflow to make it a reality.

It's nothing perfect, and would need a lot of refining, but I hope you all like it!
