HI. Today I added some bass parts to three songs (projects) I have been recording. Each song already has several tracks for different instruments. On two songs the bass recorded fine. On the third it sounded as though every note was played twice, or had a very short echo/delay on it. I had not changed any of the settings on Audacity or the Focusrite Scarlett interface. I have been unable to cure the problem Any ideas would be gratefully received.

Nothing springs to mind, but I think that "something" must have changed between the two successful recordings and the unsuccessful one.
If you know what all of your settings were, then I'd suggest going through them and checking them - start with the selected recording device in the Device Toolbar - is that set to the focusrite?
