Saludos

Hello and thank you for your time. My problem is that I normally use a macro to normalize volume. The steps were always the same
1 Select All; 2 Normalize Volume; 3 Export as MP3; 4 END… Well the problem is that it does the whole process but it doesn’t save the changes, it doesn’t export. Previously the track with the normalized volume was recorded in a new directory, but now it does not appear anywhere and when you open the track in question it is as it was at the beginning, without any modification. Greetings

Hi again me… On the macros and the fact that the modifications are not saved I discovered that you need to specify the output (folder) of the macros (Edit. Preferences, Folders) for the modifications to be saved. If you did not specify the output folder, the modifications were saved in the same folder inside a subfolder with the name macro-output. For what it’s worth

Hello… again me and second clarification on the alleged problem with macro exports. I should have figured it out sooner but my file system is large, disorganized and complex… it’s not an excuse but it’s true. Well, the point is that I discovered that if you don’t specify in “Preferences” the output folder of the macros, in the documents folder, an Audacity folder is created and in it the macro-output folder. Apologies for wasting your time with a query.
