4 Pole TRRS 3.5mm Jack Male, à 3 Pole TRS 3.5mm Female Stereo Audio Adapter

Bonjour.

You can translate the following on https://translate.google.com/#/en/fr.

Run the Windows troubleshooter for audio playback in the Control Panel. It may be able to solve a problem like this. See https://support.microsoft.com/fr-fr/instantanswers/a183aa8b-0eac-4566-867a-98d2761a770d/fix-sound-problems.

Is the connection where you plug in the headphones the only audio connection? Or is there also a microphone input? If there is no microphone input then you may need the TRS to TRRS adaptor Trebor mentioned. Look at your computer manual to see what connector is required.

Make sure your built-in audio device has correct drivers for Windows 10. You can find drivers on the web site of your computer manufacturer, assuming it is a branded computer like Dell or Lenovo.

Does your computer have one audio port or two?

Trebor and I have spent time providing you with links about making Windows configuration changes. Have you followed those steps or not? Windows is where you should be looking for the problem, not blaming Audacity or Cubase. I recommend you go through all the options in the dropdown box on https://support.microsoft.com/fr-fr/instantanswers/a183aa8b-0eac-4566-867a-98d2761a770d/fix-sound-problems including running the audio troubleshooter.
