We cannot give you support with SoundForge.

To record computer playback with Audacity, use Windows WASAPI loopback:
http://manual.audacityteam.org/man/tutorial_recording_computer_playback_on_windows.html#wasapi.

You can also download the YouTube videos, add FFmpeg to your computer, then drag the videos into Audacity.

Use your favourite search engine to find out how to download YouTube videos. Make sure you have copyright holders’ permission before recording or downloading.

Here is FFmpeg http://manual.audacityteam.org/man/faq_installation_and_plug_ins.html#ffdown.

I try to translate. The problem is that I had already selected the host " Windows Wasapi" and tried all the options.None allows to record the audio audible on a site dedicated to the learning of foreign languages in particular.

Have you showed us all your recording devices?

You have to choose the (loopback) recording device for the same device you are using to play the audio.

If you are playing the sound on High Definition Audio which I assume is the built-in sound card, you should have a recording device “High Definition Audio (loopback)”.

Did you install Windows 10 on this machine over a previous version of Windows? If so then for the built-in sound device you need to go the computer manufacturer’s web site and look for Windows 10 audio drivers for your particular computer model. If you built the computer yourself, go to the motherboard manufacturer’s web site.

Is your RME device intended to work with Windows 10? Have you been to their site to obtain drivers for Windows 10?
