I want to install this plugin VST to integrate old VU meters, but it does not work. Can you modify the program to make it work.

Audacity does not currently support real time effects, so that plug-in will not work.
Audacity has its own meters, which are not as pretty as the ones in that plug-in but work very well: http://manual.audacityteam.org/o/man/meter_toolbar.html
