Merci

Hello, first of all thank you for welcoming me because I am new and I did not find an introductory section.
Here, I recorded a basic conversation but that day, there was a lot of wind. So much so that we rarely hear the conversation.
The file was recorded with a smartphone, my first question is whether there is a filter to record without the wind?
Would it be much better with a voice recorder to suppress the wind? I think so because the smartphone is too light.
So I wanted to remove this parasitic noise. While searching on google, I came across this forum. I of course used the “search” function, tested various settings but the wind is still there.
Of course, I am aware that I am asking for the impossible. Eliminate some parasitic noises, yes, but here it is almost impossible.
The file lasts 26 minutes is long.
It would be perfect if a charitable soul could take care of it, I will be able to thank him as it should (not a simple thank you on a forum).
I tried noise reduction, nothing changes.
Really a shame because I would have really liked to have this recording in its entirety.
So I throw a bottle into the sea. Here is the file in question: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1mgyFVMQlFzgsz9C8sKkfv1GJVWb_vNT3/view?usp=sharing
Now I am interested in choosing a good voice recorder that filters well.
Thank you
