Batch process for swaping channels ?

Post by Njdeep » Tue Dec 22, 2020 4:45 pm

I'd like to know how to process hundreads of files for un correct stereo channels. I used to use EAC to rip my cd's and there was a channel swaping option ticked so that my stereo channels are inverted.

Any clue to process a batch for this option ?

Thanks

The easy way is to install the Channel Mixer plug-in: http://wiki.audacityteam.org/wiki/Nyqui ... nnel_Mixer
Instructions for installing Nyquist plug-ins on Windows: https://manual.audacityteam.org/man/ins ... st_install

The plug-in has a preset for swapping channels.

In your Macro, you need just two commands, one to run the Channel Mixer plug-in and one to export in the desired format.
