How do I edit These Lines?

How do I edit These Lines?

How do I edit these lines, as you can see the theme'ing method/image I have just made it a complete blob square of turotise color (i think) and these lines are still showing, if anyone know how I can edit these lines? Im hoping its as simple as #hex-color in some dll file or something easily changeable like that, I am even willing to recompile the audacity to accomplish this. Just wondering.

PS: mod can you delete my other thread, I figured that out already had a finicky template that wouldnt work right.
