That's interesting but it makes sense. All in all, I think my voice sounds just fine so I've started recording my books.

That's what I kept hearing in my head during your clips.

I'm not sure what that clip means. Can you tell me?

Honor Blackman from the James Bond movie "Goldfinger" did the narration for "The Story of Pan Am."

You have similar vocal tones and with a little acting, you, too, could narrate documentaries.

I once briefly played a woman by careful microphone management and acting the woman's part. I'm a bass.

Lauren Bacall's voice was lower than Humphrey Bogart.

It's very new user to assume it's possible to push a button and Audacity will take care of everything else.

Probably not. Acting is a big deal and there's no filter for that.

Wow, thank you! I would love to eventually do voiceovers on documentaries. I used to do some acting but it was quite a while ago. I'm trying to resurrect that part of me, lol. I'm surprised that my voice is lower now than I expected it to be.

Hi Koz,

I've finished the first audiobook and it sailed through all the ACX checks and is now being prepared for retail. So thank you again for your help. It's been invaluable.
