Hi
please check this quick sample taken from my latest podcast
https://we.tl/t-4tUDqqzlrF
It’s a 3-way phone call recording… I would like to: balance the audio, remove noise and in general make the audio better for my listeners.
Can you help me understand which settings I should use within Audacity to edit my podcast recording?
Thank you
Trebor

IMO 3 options …
LevelSpeech2.ny plugin for Audacity,
Audacity’s envelope tool (a manual process, so slow, but capable of the highest precision),
Free Standalone software called Levelator .
The dynamic-range-compression used in Levelling plugins may increase sibilance to unacceptable levels.
then you’ll need to de-ess , e.g. with desibilator plugin .
