I´m making a podcast, and somehow it seems that some of the sounds are missing. Words are cut, and the result is a lot of mis spoken words and short cuts. I have truncated the silence, normalized the whole thing and compressed it. Can this be the reason why?
I don’t know. Were these sounds missing before you started editing ? It is always best to save the original audio, preferable to WAV or other lossless before beginning to edit. Then you will be able to answer the question.
