In what way can I make my podcast available to people so that they can comment,share?

Probably the easiest way is to upload them to YouTube (must be in video format), SoundCloud, or some other free media hosting service.
Better for Podcasts is to use a “podcast platform” (a hosting service that is designed specifically for Podcasts). There are many free Podcast services - search Google / Bing / DuckDuckGo to find them. You may also find it useful to look for sites that offer help, information and tips for Podcasting, such as “theaudacitytopodcast.com” (there are many others - this is just one that I’ve heard of, but note that this site is not affiliated with Audacity in any way).
