Heres a youtube Video i was looking at..How Can I do this is audacity?People say Audacity is the best Software..But why isnt this included??

will we get an update in the software?

Or try the built-in Tracks > Add New > Time Track where you can drag an envelope to make the speed and pitch change you want.
