Video with audio at 96kHz?

Hi all,

I am using Audacity to edit music and voice at 96kHz to create an audio track to put into a video (.mp4).

I will be placing the video into probably Amazon s3, then playing it on a website and using a player that uses HTML5 (since Flash will be gone soon).

My question is, if I make a video with audio of 96kHz (instead of 48kHz), will this play on browsers?

Thanks for any insights
