It looks OK to me and spot-checking some of the values correlates with
http://www.sengpielaudio.com/Rechner-dba-spl.htm.

OK I will add it some time to save Peter adding it to PFR.
Actually most of the requests I know about want weighting display options for Plot Spectrum.

I wonder how many of those are wanting to measure SPL. (That won't work)

I've added the A-weighted curve to the
wiki.

None of them say why, except one who says it would make the plot "look more like it would be heard".
If you think a "devcomment" sentence or two warning about the limitations would be in order when I add the votes, do please suggest some text.

That seems an odd thing to say, since you know exactly what it sounds like by playing it
Also, that would only be the case (approximately) when listening to low level noise, and playing it at low level (which is what A-weighting was originally intended for measuring).

Perhaps something like:
That the addition of weighting curves to Plot Spectrum would be of no benefit for the popular request of measuring sound pressure levels. SPL measurements require a calibrated system. There would be no direct correlation between an "A-weighted Plot Spectrum" and A-weighted RMS SPL.

I've noted Steve's comment.
