Do you think you can have a thing where you copy the URL code and paste it and then edit it is that possible?

Audacity cannot directly access streaming media and I suspect that it would not be possible for Audacity to add that feature. The audio needs to be downloaded first. While it may be possible to add a feature that allows Audacity to download YouTube media, you can already do that easily with Firefox plug-ins.
