Play-at-speed

Hello. I wanted to ask one question that I wonder like 2 years ago. I like when my play-at-speed plays music with 1.71x . Is there any way that I can save music with that or what to change and in what number in Effects?

To "apply" a speed change to the audio, use the "Change Speed" effect: http://manual.audacityteam.org/man/change_speed.html
