Audacity Manual download link not working

Please update the manual download link at http://manual.audacityteam.org/man/unzi ... anual.html if the help file for v2.2.0 is ready, or alternatively fix the existing link which is not working (https://www.fosshub.com/Audacity.html/a ... -2.1.3.zip). Offline help is invaluable for Win portable and Linux users!

Thanks for that. Unfortunately the released manual cannot be changed, but we are planning to have a new release early December (just a month away), so I'll ensure that it is fixed in time for that.

The 2.2.0 manual (ZIP) does not appear to have been uploaded yet. I'll see if I can find out what the hold up is.
