Someone Selling Audacity on eBay

Some scammers is posting Audacity on eBay, scamming people for a free program that I'm sure he didn't help make. This has to be straight-up illegal so I decided to post here. https://m.ebay.com/itm/391313229265?_mwBanner=1

People can legally sell copies of Audacity, see ... http://www.audacityteam.org/about/license/
