Name in track control panel

Name in track control panel
Is there a way to expand the track control panel so the whole name can be seen or at least have a mouseover to see the name without opening the name up to see it.

The workaround is to choose Edit > Preferences, choose "Tracks" on the left, then check "Show track name in waveform display". Then the full track name will appear in yellow colour at the top left of the waveform.
I added a "vote" for your suggestions of hover tooltip for the Name and horizontally-resizable Track Control Panel on our Feature Requests system. Personally I would still want both those features even with the feature to show the name in the waveform display.
If the waveform display of Name is good enough for you and you want to cancel your "votes" please let us know.
