A glitch of sorts with automatic sample rate reduction.

Let's just say I imported a 48,000kHz file or higher into the program, or just raised the sample rate of a project. I then decide that I will need a dither for the export, and choose one. After I choose the dither, the sample rate will always automatically go down to 44,100. I did not ask for this, and it is definitely a glitch. This must be fixed in the next version.
I am using version 2.0.3.

I'm guessing that when you go to "Preferences > Quality" and change the dither option, that the "Default Sample Rate" option is set to 44100.
When you then click "OK", the "Quality" settings that are selected in "Preferences > Quality" are applied.

That's a difficult behaviour choice for us to make, if that was the problem.
We got lots of complaints when OK'ing a change in Default Sample Rate did not modify the project rate until a new project window was opened.
