Need MP3 import/export while retaining album art

Got Audacity. Got lame for Audacity. I need to import an MP3 then export MP3 while retaining the album art attached to the MP3. Audacity doesn't do that. DDR creator says any failed mp3 to DDR (Dance Dance Revolution) attempts mostly can be fixed by opening in Audacity then exporting as MP3. DDR Creator reads the album art on the file to make as the in game background so I need the album art. Audacity doesn't keep it when exporting as MP3. All other tags are still there, just not the art. Please make retaining the album art an addition to MP3 export in Audacity.
