Missing Audio Data Block Files

I recently had to get a new computer at work; therefore, I had to reinstall Audacity. We currently record our church service and I edit it to place on our website. Since reinstalling the software, I am receiving a warning box whenever I try to open files! The files are saved on a different computer. The warning says: Warning- Missing Audio Data Block File(s). Project check of "early-5-26-13_data" folder detected 3614 missing audio data (.au) blockfile(s), probably due to a bug, system crash, or accidental deletion. There is no way for Audacity to recover these missing files automatically." It then gives me options on opening the file by replacing the missing pieces with silence, closing the file, etc. I tried opening files that I know work (that I had used before switching computers) and I am getting the same message. Help!
