English Download

I do not appear to be able to load an English version of audacity.
I live in Germany, but I want to have Audacity in English, I know it exists, we had English Audacity before we had to reinstall the computer.
It doesn't matter where the download comes from, when it is loaded and Audacity opens I only ever get German.
Am I missing something?
Has anybody got a link/suggestion?
