Please move "Save Project As" back to "File" menu

Please move "Save Project As" back to "File" menu. It was moved in 2.3.0 to File, Save Project, Save Project As. It should be "File", "Save Project As" for less confusion. It was probably intended to reduce clutter under "File", but there are unintended consequences.

Two reasons:

1. Many other apps use "file", "Save As" (Alt-F, Alt-A). When you get used to those apps and the previous versions of Audacity, you have to unlearn to Alt-F, Alt-A, or get an annoying error.

2. Here's where it gets worse: Once you learn Alt-A, Alt-S, Alt-A, then you go back to the other apps (or earlier Audacity) and do Alt-A, Alt-S you have now overwritten a previous file. Now you have to recover it.

Thank you for a great program!

Paul

That was one reason, but only a minor consideration. The main issue being addressed was to create clearer distinction between "saving projects" and "exporting audio files". This distinction (or lack of it) had been a major problem, particularly for new users, for years. Since the change there has been a very marked decrease in users being unable to find how to create a normal audio file.

Audacity allows you to customise keyboard shortcuts, so you can avoid having to "unlearn" shortcuts that are familiar to you: https://manual.audacityteam.org/man/key ... ences.html
