Odd shortcuts for zoom in/out

Hi!

Audacity is a great piece of software. I use it since many years.

The odd thing I wondered about from the 1st day are the shortcuts CTRL+1/CTRL+3 for zoom in and out.
Most tools use CTRL++ and CTRL+- for zoom in/out.
I known that this can be customized (which I obviously did).

Wouldn't it be convenient for most users to set these (+/-) as default instead of 1/3?

It's worse than that. Audacity has a suite of zooming tools. You're only viewing a limited set.

I only ever use three. Control-E (zoom into selection), Control-F (zoom out full) and Control-3 (zoom out a little bit. Taken by themselves, they make no sense at all, but that's my whole world.

It possibly would, though it may be difficult getting that to work reliably on three different operating systems and many different keyboard layouts. Also, what would be the shortcut for "zoom normal" (currently "Ctrl + 2")?
