I will show you three bugs I found.
1. Using screenshot
To capture the program execution screen, I made a capture. After I selected “Capture Window Only” or “Capture Full Window”, it is captured that does not fit exactly the window size of the program. (Check attached picture to see if the coverage is strange.)

In addition, the screen capture frame setup window and the long message window are captured together, that I didn’t want. (Look at the attached picture, you will notice that the windows are captured dimly and distinctly.)

2. Entering Korean Language
When entering the name of the label on the label track, the pre-audacity version(2.1.0)was available for typing in Korean, but in the latest version(2.3.0), it isn’t work. Strangely, it is possible to type in Korean directly in “Edit>Labels>Edit Labels...” tab. It was possible in previous versions, but not in latest version, amazing! (Attached picture is typed in Korean language at “Edit>Labels>Edit Labels...” tab.

3. Scrolling horizontally
When playing audio, if the screen get out of the area where it is playing, it is not possible to scroll horizontally. I want to see the back of the audio even when I’m playing audio. Although you can see it if you pause or stop, It’s very uncomfortable.

Thank you for reading my long feedback!

Thanks. These are known issues and are already logged on the bug tracker.

This problem was introduced when we upgraded to WxWidgets 3. It is also logged on the bug tracker.

I'm not sure what you mean. By default, the screen will scroll automatically so that you can see the part that is playing. There is however an option in the Timeline context menu (right click on the horizontal ruler above the tracks panel) to disable scrolling - perhaps you have accidentally turned that on (?)

As to #3 above about the horizontal scrolling bug, I just upgraded to 2.3.0 from 2.1.2 and find that now after using the quick play function while editing that I can't scroll horizontally until I re-select a track? (re-make it outlined with yellow window) This back and forth to move/play a section becomes very tedious with this extra step I didn't experience in the earlier version and usually results in losing my highlighted section I'm working on....

To replicate, choose a track (outlined) then click quickplay and outline is removed. If not a bug from previous version, then how can I make it scroll anytime or not have the quickplay remove the selected track? Thanks!
