Background noise in voice recording
I have an audio file that is in a car that has alot of background noise. I don't no the first thing about editing it to get it clear. Iv done noise reduction and a few others. I'm wondering is it possible to hear a conversation that isn't there at all. I know sounds weird but I swear I can hear the low voices after some editing. I'd be willing to pay someone money to help me get it to a good enough state to listen to as it's very very important information on the recording.

No this isn't to do with anything legal. It's just something that is important to me. Can you point me in the direction of someone I can pay to get it cleaned up.
