Somebody asked in another venue whether the Audacity manual exists in a single printable .pdf file. What's my answer?

No there isn't.

The documentation we do provide:

• HTML manual included in the application (Windows ".exe" and Mac ".dmg" installer versions)
• Downloadable version of the complete HTML manual (Download link on this page: https://www.fosshub.com/Audacity.html)
• On-line Interactive "What Is This": https://wit.audacityteam.org//

Note that the manual is around 500 pages (with colour), some of which are much longer than an A4 printed sheet, which is more than most would want to print.
