I have Ubuntu 14.04 and I installed Audacity 2.1.2. I have video files in ogv and avi format. I want clean up the noise. Audacity seems to work but I cannot find the save video option. I googled this and saw a lot of videos showing the Export button and then a video option but I do not have any video options for export.
The noise reduction works OK but I cannot save the video file again. Is there anything I can do?
Thanks

Re: Noise Reduction in Audacity
Audacity is an audio editor. It can't edit video. If you have FFmpeg installed, it can extract the audio part from most video formats and allow you to edit that, but to edit video you need to use a video editor (such as "Openshot", "PiTiVi" or "kdenlive". There are others).
