I will keep that in mind. The main purpose is digitizing vinyl, so I guess that won't be a problem. I keep you informed and hope that I now can go on with the job (=digitizing vinyl). Many thanks.

Sorry, all attempts were in vain. I stopped trying and use Amadeus/Mac. Works fine. Thanks for your help.

Audacity runs on Mac.
