HOW TO MAKE THESE EFFECTS ON A SONG?

How can I make such an effect on a song like the one I attached?
-Also, how can I remove a vocal (completely) from a song to have only instrumental left (over).
-How can I remove the music completely to leave the vocals only (ACAPELLA)?

Which version of Linux are you using?
Which version of Audacity are you using?
Which sound effect do you mean? (There are
many effects in that short clip)

In most cases you can't, but here are some guidelines about what is possible:

I'm using Linux, Kubuntu 14.04.
My Audacity version is 2.0.5
I meant the effect of making the voice of the singer like that, belittled.

There's a lot of "Reverb" effect on the voice (
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Reverberation).
Other than that it may not be possible to tell exactly how the voice has been processed without knowing what the unprocessed voice sounds like.
