Audacity Forum

Hi to everybody.
When listening to internet radios in Ubuntu, I often have the sudden wish to record a particular song. I have a keyboard shortcut to Audacity with a simple command: Audacity, to cut down time.
However I wonder if there is a way to launch Audacity automatically in recording status-

No, but on Linux there are plenty of command-line options such as "arecord" and "SoX"
