Hi,
If i launch audacity from Desktop (Unity, gnome shell, kde ...), no problems.
But when i launch it from command line. It search/analize 'wine pluging' before startup and it never start.
Then, I setup plugins from manage effect window to enable all, now a start from command line stop immediately without error but 'Glib warning'.
I don't understand why it start from desktop but not from terminal.
Is someone can light me?
Thank you

Any different if you navigate to the directory where the Audacity executable is located before launching it?

If / when you use Audacity 2.1.1 you can enable/disable individual plug-ins via the plug-in manager (at the top of the Effect, Generate and Analyze menus).
