Mac's don't provide a recording device for the sound card that can capture sounds playing on the computer.
However you can use Audio Hijack Pro if you wish to spend money. This grabs sound from the application playing the audio before it gets to the sound card. For technical support with Audio Hijack Pro, see http://rogueamoeba.com/support/ .
If you don't want to spend money you can record computer playback into Audacity using a loopback cable or by downloading Soundflower. Please see here http://manual.audacityteam.org/o/man/tu ... n_mac.html .
