Audacity 3.1.3 installed on Linux Ubuntu 20.04 from the Snapstore
I need to import customised keyboard shortcuts from Audacity 3.1.3 installed on a Macbook and exported as an xml file via a usb flash drive.
When I try to import this file on Ubuntu I get:
Could not open file: “/media/rich73/Rich Record Recording Recording/Audacity-keys.xml”
When I go into file properties I see all access dropdowns are greyed out and the message:
‘you are not the owner you cannot change permissions’
All permissions on the Ubuntu Audacity edition in the Ubuntu software folder are checked however.
I have been able to import all my macros from the Mac successfully without issue.
Any ideas please?
