Audacity: error whem using Ctrl+Shift+I shortcut in manjaro linux [SOLVED]

I have this problem in audacity whenever I import a song for editing with the “Ctrl+Shift+I” shortcut

When precisely does the error occur? Does the error message pop up immediately after pressing “Ctrl + Shift + i”?
Does the error occur with any other keyboard shortcuts?

How did you install Audacity?
This page says that the Manjaro version of Audacity is 2.3.3

I uninstalled 2.4 and I’m compiling this one, but on my powerful computer (laughs) it will take a while when I’m done, I’ll be back here thanks Steve
