Mp3 Files Show Corrupt Metadata

OS: Linux Mint XFCE
Audacity: 2.2.1

When I export an mp3 file, a sound engineer using Windows says that the metadata shows as corrupt.

I can't replicate this problem on my end.

When I saved the mp3 file in Audacity, then saved the tags in Easytag, the sound engineer says it works just fine.

Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

There are multiple versions of id3 tags. I suspect that the engineer is using software that has limited support for id3 tags (perhaps only supporting an old version of id3). If Easytag works for both you and the engineer, I'd suggest you use that.
