Hi there,
I used to use Audacity with Windows and JAWS and, for the most part, it worked out fine. When I switched to Mac, I downloaded the latest screen reader-accessible version of Audacity and am using it with MacOS High Sierra.
Most things work fine. However, I have consistently encountered a very annoying and frustrating issue. The typical arrow commands for rewinding and fast-forwarding the file do not work, and neither do the shortcuts with the shift added. When I turned off VoiceOver, I got the same result. I am trying to edit fairly long files where this feature would be very useful. Has anyone found a fix or a workaround for this?
Thanks,
Daniel

Have you tried asking on the audacity4blind mailing list? They are the experts for screen reader versions.
